  张凯温馨提示：近年来不少学校开始重点考察学生对管理理论与经营方法的认识，主要是认知深度与联系实际的能力。你不一定要有什么管理理论武装，但至少重点说到位，尤其是不能按照所谓的网红与屌丝的理解来说。 当然，如果你知道一些管理素养，对你的面试会有很大帮助的。

  西工大面试流程，一组10人，每人6~7分钟，自我介绍，英语抽题，管理类知识抽题。笔试英语1小时，政治40分分钟，心理测试20分钟。

　　1.How do you handle it if got lost in the strange city abroad?

　　①Apply a Translating App to find out the English name of the place i need to go.

　　②Use my smart phone to check the place on the e-map.

　　③Ask for road.

　　2.Do you make some investments in your spare time?

　　I invest most of my spare time on reading and study which bring me not economic interest but spiritual fulfillment.

　　3.Do you know your neighbor?

　　Sure. We are good friends and we hang out some time. Every time i am in trouble she/he offers me the first help.

　　4.What are your strengths and weakness?

　　Weakness: I’m afraid i am poor at communicating with others, especially strangers. Now i have tried to make some changes about this, for example, try to start a conversation and involve in more social activities, and I’m confident that i will be better.

　　Strengths: I’m resolute, confident and optimistic. I welcome every challenge and are open to new things. I’m determined at what i pursue. Unless there is a good ending, i will not call a stop to my endeavor.

　　5.Are you satisfied with your present life? Why?

　　To some extent, i am satisfied with my present life--i have a happy family with a cute baby/child, considerate wife/husband and supportive parents. I feel grateful for that.

　　And for my work, i have acquired a strong sense of achievement and my work is highly recognized by my boss and my team. However, there are still some efforts i need to spare to improve myself including the professional skills and knowledge of management and that’s why i want to join the MBA program.

　　6.If someone asks you a question, but you don’t want to answer, what will you do?

　　①I will ask back to my friend how does she /he see the question.

　　②or i will tell frankly that i am not ready for answering the question.

　　③or i will say maybe a few days later i give him/her the answer.

　　7.If you can change one thing, what do you want to change?

　　If i am given a chance to change one thing, I would like to go back to the first day i graduated from my college. I would make full use of my 20s and try many more things that i had never tried before.

　　8.What is your long-term goal?

　　版本一：My long-term goal is to acquire financial management knowledge through the MBA program and apply this academic study to the following work practice, thus i can lead my team to be an excellent one and become a competent leader in ten years.

　　版本二：My long-term goal is to lead the company to achieve an annual sale of more than a billion yuan and be listed on the stock-market in five years.

　　9.Why do you want to be a part of MBA students?

　　版本一：I have been longing to become a qualified manager. With***years working experiencing, i have deeply understood the complications and charm of wonderful management skills. To prepare myself a better theory, i think study in a business school is the best choice.

　　版本二：I join the MBA program for acquiring systematic knowledge and skills in management,broadening my vision,developing creative mind and getting to know many distinguished friends,which will propel the development of our company.

　　10.What do you think is the most important think as a manager?

　　Decision making: make a plan/organize a team and allocate resources/implement ideas and assess outcomes.

　　11.What do you think about smoking?

　　Although smoking has generated economical benefit for the national revenue, it brings worse results far beyond that. Every year, millions of people die from smoking and it is hurting our babies right now who are suffering the secondhand smoking.

　　People who smoke in public should be fined and penalized. We should take effort to save our place a clean aired environment.

　　12.What kinds of people do you find it difficult to work with?

　　The ones who always complain about their work make me sick. Every work has its difficulty and our complaint about the work doesn’t make anything better but burden ourselves with pessimistic mood.

　　Instead, those who can conquer every troublesome issue on work with an optimistic attitude are often admired by me.

　　13.How do you borrow money from other people?

　　When i plan to borrow money from other people, i will take the following considerations in to account：

　　①I would make a rough assess on their capital capabilities.

　　②And see in which circumstances they would like to place trusts on me and borrow the money to me.

　　③Finally, i will consider and estimate how much they would be most likely to borrow to me.
